We are currently working through our recipe development and defining the favorites that we want to release to the public. We plan on having Classics that are always available as well as limited releases that will be available throughout the year either in mixed release boxes or standalone at the meadery.

Planned Classics

• Plain Jayne - Dry, classic fully fermented out for the wine snobs of the mead world.

• Sweet Baby Jayne - The sweeter, all around favorite for all types of palates.

• Cranberry - Because it's an amazing, well rounded, crowd pleaser.
